2. Grab the middle of the two strands of tinsel in preparation for step 3
3. Put the two end strands through the loop
4. Pull the strands through the loop and tighten the loop around one finger to create a slip knot
5. Once secure, put a 2-4 strands of hair through the loop and pull tight. Then tie a few more knots between the hair strands and tinsel and tighten to scalp.
